Baytiy uses AI tools to produce Saudi real-estate, market, and business analysis. Transparency is part of the product. The following rules govern every article we publish.

1. AI drafts every article in Phase 0. A named human editor reviews before publication starting Phase 1.
2. AI is used for research synthesis, translation, PDF extraction, copy-editing, headline generation, and SEO optimization.
3. AI is never used to generate quotes, invent data, or fabricate source citations.
4. Every statistic ties to a named public source. Where the AI flagged uncertainty, the article describes the trend qualitatively.
5. No synthetic voices, synthetic images of real people, or AI-generated financial advice.
6. Readers who spot a factual error can report it at the link below; corrections are published within 24 hours.
