How to remove your Baytiy account and the data we hold about you
You can remove your account and the data Baytiy holds about you at any time. There are two ways.
1. From your account
Sign in, open your account settings and choose to delete your account.
2. By email
Write to support@baytiy.com from the email address on your account, or send the phone number you registered with, and ask for your data to be deleted.
What happens
- Your account is closed immediately and you are signed out everywhere.
- Your listings, projects and enquiries stop being shown and are archived.
- Everything is permanently erased 90 days after the request.
Social accounts you connected
If you connected an Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X or LinkedIn account so Baytiy could post your listings, you can disconnect it on its own from Social Accounts in your dashboard. Disconnecting deletes the stored access token straight away. Deleting your Baytiy account removes them all.
Baytiy never posts to a connected account without you pressing Publish, and only ever posts your own listings.
